JULY 2005 Articles referenced on Wrestling Gubbins Forum A poster named Volltron made reference to my White Chocolate Reese's graphic. Apparently he and I share the same love of peanut butter. JULY 2005 Quickies referenced on Folded.com Once again the infamous Shock and Awe was somehow linked to my site, and I was improperly given the credit. JULY 2005 Projects referenced on Fish--Tanks.com My Mac Aquarium project was listed on a Fish Tank site. JULY 2005 Quickies referenced on Immitation Milk Channel 3B should be proud. The Mentos spoof project has been referenced by Imitation Milk's Spoof Resources page. JULY 2005 Quickies referenced on some generic English language site. I don't even know what this site is. Maybe all they do is link to people like me, and then offer the prospect of learning English almost instantly. APRIL 2005 Journal entered in best blog web poll by MKE Magazine. At which point I "pulled a Wheaton" and asked all my readers to vote for me. UNKNOWN DATE Articles section linked to by Saab Information Resource. Despite my article naming the original source, they still linked to me! SEPTEMBER 2004 I discover much to my dismay, that the screen name "eriqx" is used by a French homosexual on PA GAYS. Warning, direct link is graphic. Discretion is advised. Not actually following the link is also advised. AUGUST 2004 Shock 'N' Awe find its way to MonkeyFilters sister site, MetaFilter. This appears to be the same post from StarGeek. AUGUST 2004 Shock 'N' Awe continues its spread across the web, this time from Bray New World. This poster felt that needing QuickTime was "Annoying". AUGUST 2004 Once again Shock 'N' Awe, was linked to from a Tokyo weblog called Up Around The Bend. Apparently EriqX is on the Japan market now as well. AUGUST 2004 The EriqX Quickies section, specifically Shock 'N' Awe, was referenced by StarGeek. This link was a result of the MonkeyFilter link, as it was referenced as well. AUGUST 2004 The EriqX Quickies section was linked to by a poster on MonkeyFilter. This instantly meant that a potential 2300 viewers were now coming across EriqX while that link was hot. MonkeyFilter's archive no longer shows the original post. JULY 2004 My Journal section was listed as a resource for Life Style Eliptical Machines. This really makes no sense to me. All I can say to this one is WTF? APRIL 2004 EriqX is linked to by an online hair style forum, Hair Style Tips. While I do have hair style related items on my site, the link is to my Updates page. |
