2003 - LAKEFRONT
For 2003's seasonal changes I chose the lakefront, which I admit is a rather traditional and abused photo-op. But it was my first year attempting a shoot like this, so I wanted to keep things simple.

THOUGHTS
Upon completion of this shoot, I was overall very disappointed. At the beginning of this little idea I was envisioning a catalog of extremes. I wanted a white stormy winter, a damp new spring, a lush green summer and a rainbow of colors for autumn. Instead what I got was a year-long homage to the depressing land of Wisconsin.
More than one person has assured me that the project was a success, and that Wisconsin is indeed depressing. We haven't had a lush summer or a white winter in years.
So in conclusion, I'll just try again. It will take a year, but I may get it how I want it yet.
